We offer a 100% refund guarantee for bookings affected by national Covid travel restrictions and local Tier restrictions (Tier 3 and Tier 4) imposed by the government and local authorities. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
Cancellations must be immediately notified to us by phone on 07896248269 and confirmed in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can start the refund process.
We also recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover a requirement to self-isolate or quarantine, for guests falling ill with Covid or for a Track & Trace alert preventing you from travelling. See our full Booking Terms & Conditions HERE.

To be eligible for the ‘Good to Go’ and AA Covid Confident accreditation, Ceolwulph Cottage had to meet Visit England’s and the AA’s criteria, including:
Supplying a risk assessment;
Being able to provide clear evidence that relevant procedures and measures are in place and that staff training has taken place;
Completion of a self-assessment and a signing up to code of conduct that will include a commitment to continuing to update procedures and measures as guidelines change.
